    323 grams Parsnips
    338 grams Carrots
    418 grams Sweet Potatoes
    2 tbsp Olive Oil


Chop all vegetables and put into mixing bowl. Add your favorite seasonings (tarrogon recommended), salt, pepper, and 2 tbsp olive oil. Mix and coat all vegetables with seasoning and olive oil. Put onto parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes on 375 degress F. Take out, let cool, and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 5 equal servings. Each serving will weigh 141.4 grams and the entire batch will weigh about 707 grams.
