    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast
    Ragu Classic Alfredo Sauce, 1 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp
    Butter, unsalted, .5 stick
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper
    Zatarain's Spanish Rice w/Tomatoes, 2 cup


Saute onions, and peppers. Add chicken and cook until done. Mix in remaining ingrediants, minus the rice.

Cook rice seperate. Serve together, with tortillas. Makes 4 servings.
