Ingredients

    8 eggs
    1/4 cup 1% milk
    any veggies you want to throw in
    mrs dash to taste
    oil for pan (or spray)
    cheese of your choice for topping



Directions

1. saute veggies in oil a non stick skillet til tender, I used a cast iron so I needed a little more oil thatn I would normally use

2. scramble the eggs with the milk and pour into pan when veggies are ready

3. cook the egg mixture over medium heat til the bottom is set, pulling the egg from the sides as it cooks

4. sprinkle with the cheese and place in the oven on broil for 2-3 minutes until done. Let sit for another 2-3 minutes so it will set

5. Enjoy!!
