    7 Eggs or Egg Beaters Equivalent
    1 Cup Skim Milk
    2 Teaspoons Sugar (or Splenda)
    16 Ounces Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese (Low fat can be used)
    4 Ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese
    16 Ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese
    2/3 Cup Light butter or substitute
    1/2 cup Flour (you could use Whole wheat)
    1 Teaspoon Baking Powder


Beat eggs, milk and sugar
Add cheeses and melted butter; mix well
Add flour and baking powder
Pour into a 3 quart (9X13) baking pan sprayed with PAM
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes
May be prepared in advance and refrigerated covered. Cut into rectangles and serve.

This recipe was forwarded onto me by my manager. I changed a majority of the ingredients to fat free and low calorie ingredients.
