    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (chopped)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (minced)
    Uncooked Quinoa, .75 cup
    Vegetable Broth, 1.5 cup
    *Ground cumin, 1 tsp
    *Ground Cayenne Pepper (Powder), .25 tsp
    *Bird's Eye Frozen Corn, 1 cup
    *Dakota Black Beans, 3.5 cup (rinsed)


Heat oil, brown onion and garlic slightly, add quiona and vegetable broth, and seasonings cover for 20 minutes.

Add corn and black beans, simmer another 5 minutes.
