    1 C raw buckwheat groats
    3/4 C sesame seeds
    1/4 C sunflower seeds
    2/3 C golden flax seeds
    1/4 C brown flax seeds
    3/4 C raisins
    1/2 tsp sea salt


Soak buckwheat overnight, drain, and let sprout for another day, rinsing a couple of times a day. Soak the seeds for at least two hours. Mix all ingredients together and spread onto a teflex sheet. The dough will cover the sheet thickly and you will have enough for two more crisps on another sheet. Dehydrate for a few hours, then score the full sheet into 16 slices, the leftovers into two. Dehydrate for 12 hours or more, then turn over onto the screen and remove the teflex. Dehydrate until really crisp.
