    Carrots, raw, 2 medium
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 large whole (3" dia)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, 1000 mL
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp


chop all the veggies...fry ginger in oil , add all veggies and water, let simmer for 20mins..add salt and pepper to taste.its ready to be enjoyed.
