    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Ground Turkey, 1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw
    Mushrooms, fresh, 4 medium
    Bell pepper, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Collards, 1 cup, chopped
    Annie's Naturals Organic Worcestershire Sauce, 2 Tbsp, 2 serving
    Egg, fresh, 1 large

    **Add seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, etc...)**


1. Pre-heat oven to 350F
2. Saute all chopped veggies, then cool.
3. Mix ground turkey, cooled veggies, oats, eggs and seasonings in a bowl.
4. Spray a muffin pan and fill with ingredients.
5. Bake for ~25 mins.
