Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    green chiles, canned, 18
    Monterey Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    egg white, fresh, 4 large
    Egg, fresh, 2 extra large
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
    cumin

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Drain peppers and pat dry.
Beat together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin. Cut chilis in half. Layer in bottom of 9" X 13" pan. Top with half cheese. Repeat layer. Pour egg mixture on top. Bake for 35 - 40 min. or til set.
Let cool before cutting.
