Ingredients

    1 10 package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1/2 cup olive oil mayo
    2 1/2 cups nonfat greek yogurt
    1 package (i T) knorr veggie soup mix
    1.5 cup sliced waterchestnuts
    3 large scallions, chopped

    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Serve as a dip for veggies or pita chips.

Use in place of cream cheese on bagels.

Use as a sandwich spread.

Add cheese and warm it up for a hot dip!


Directions

Mix wet ingredients together with the soup mix, then add the other ingredients. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 cups, so 8 1/2 cup servings.
