Ingredients

    1/2 c. Chopped Mushrooms
    1 c. Chopped Fresh Spinach
    1/2 c. Black Beans
    2 Large Eggs
    2 Large Egg Whites
    2 tbsp Basil
    1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions

In non-stick pan, saute mushrooms, spinach and black beans until heated, Remove from pan.
Scramble eggs together, add in salt and basil. cook.
Add beans back into pan with cooked eggs, stir together.
Eat and lose fat. :)
