Fresh strawberries sweetened with a bit of sucralose. Fresh strawberries sweetened with a bit of sucralose.
Number of Servings: 8


    1 pint fresh strawberries
    1 T sucralose


Wash and trim strawberries.
Slice into wedges (about 4 per average-size berry)
Put slices in a sealing container - don't try to dry them, you need the water
Sprinkle with sucralose (or sweetener of choice)
Refrigerate for several hours, inverting to mix several times.

Serving Size: 8 1/2 cup servings
