Ingredients

    Bacon, 3 medium slices, cooked (raw product(remove)
    Egg, fresh, 8 large(remove)
    Coconut Milk (Silk), 1 cup(remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped(remove)
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), .75 cup, diced(remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup(remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp(remove)
    *Almond Flour (Bob's Red Mill), .125 cup(remove)
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Line round pie pan with bacon - make sure you fortify the sides. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees and prepare the other ingredients.

Mix ingredients and then pour into the pan. Bake for an additional 45 - 55 minutes.
