    1 1/4 cup milk
    2 cups flour
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    3 eggs
    2 tbsp butter


Preheat oven to 450. Sift dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Let batter rest for 1 hour at room temperature. Pour into greased popover pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 450. Do not open oven door turn temp down to 375 for 30 minutes. poke whole in top of muffins so they don't get soggy.
