Ingredients

    1/2 block (14 oz.) extra firm tofu
    3 T Tamari (or use low-sodium soy sauce)
    1 T sesame oil

Directions

1. Press the tofu to drain the liquid and slice.
2. Mix together the soy sauce and sesame oil.
3. Brush the sliced tofu with the sauce and broil until crisp flipping occasionally and rebrushing until all the sauce has been used.
