Introduction

Greek mezze served with crudite (goes especially well with carrots, celery, tomato and dill pickle) or pita. Greek mezze served with crudite (goes especially well with carrots, celery, tomato and dill pickle) or pita.

Ingredients

    1 C Instant Mashed Potato
    2.5 C Chicken Broth
    2 t granulated Onion
    2 T Rice Wine Vinegar or lemon juice
    .5 C Mayonnaise, regular
    .5 - .75 C Salmon Roe

Directions

Combine 2.5 C Chicken Broth, 2 t granulated Onion, and
2 T Rice Wine Vinegar or lemon juice. Microwave 3 minutes, or until boiling. Add instant potatoes & stir until set. Stir in .5 C mayonnaise and .5 C salmon roe. Serve with crudite or pita bread.

Serving Size: Makes approximately ten 1/4 C servings
