Ingredients

    one package squash cubed from (Costco)
    2 cubes maggie chicken stock
    4 cups boiling water
    1/2-1 cup heavy cream or milk
    add onion and garlic to taste



Directions

Cook squash in water and soup stock
cool and blend together
add cream or milk

Serving Size: makes 8 1 cup servings
