Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    spoon of cream
    pinch of adobo
    4 aspeagus spears
    a hand ful of shredded cheese
    butter just enough to grease pan

Tips

make the night before and reheat in the morning


Directions

whip eggs cream and adobo in a bowl
heat omelette pan and grease with butter
pour in egg mixture. swirl for even distribution
place asperagus spears on half of omelette sprinkle with cheese.
when almost cooked fold
