    1 can Pillsbury Grand biscuits
    1 lb pork sausage (browned)
    5 eggs
    2 egg whites
    3/4 cup milk
    2 cups mozzarella cheese
    .25 shredded mozzarella cheese


Line 8 x 8 pan with biscuits
Layer sausage over biscuits; then 1 cup of cheese.
Whisk eggs, egg whites, and milk until eggs are beaten in separate bowl. Pour on top of biscuit mixture. Top with remainder of cheese.

Bake 30 minutes at 425
