Introduction

Spicy and yummy! Spicy and yummy!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Mix together the following ingredients:
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 large onino, chopped
    1/3 cup mayo, regular
    2 tsp crushed in your hand Italian seasoning
    1/2 Tbl garlic and onion powder
    1 Tbl Tapatio sauce
    1 cup crushed spicy pork rinds (Bakenettes)

    Cut each bell pepper in half and fill with the above mixture.

    Place in crock pot sprayed with non stick spray.

    Sauce:
    Mix tomato sauce with 1/2 Tbl of garlic powder and 2 tsp of Italian seasoning and pour over the stuffed bell peppers.

    Cook in crock pot on high for 6 hours or more.

Directions

Cook in crock pot for 6 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of a half stuffed bell pepper each.
