    3 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
    2/3 c REESE's Creamy or Crunchy Peanut Butter
    1/2 C chopped peanuts (optional)
    2 c sugar
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. Hershey's Cocoa
    2 tsp vanilla extract


1. Line cookie sheet with wax paper or foil. Measure oats, peanut butter and peanuts; set aside.
2. Combine sugar, butter, milk and cocoa in med. saucepan. Cook over med. heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a rolling boil. 3. Remove from heat. Add oats, peanut butter, peanuts and vanilla; stir quickly, mixing well. 4. Immediately drop mixture by heaping tsp. onto wax paper. Cool. Store in cool dry place. About 4 dozen.
