Ingredients

    two ripe avocados
    3 eggs
    4 tblsp vanilla extract
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    4 squares unsweetened bakers chocolate

Tips

might try this with some baking powder to get a little different consistency


Directions

melt the chocolate in microwave 1-2 min stirring in intervals
remove the avocado and pit and puree
mix the puree with eggs
mix melted chocolate with truvia baking blend
add to avocado and egg mixture and blend well.
Add the vanilla and flour , a little at a time until blended
Spread batter into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan , sprayed with non-stick spray
bake 30 min at 350
