    - 5" Papayas (2)
    - Splenda No Calorie Sweetener or powdered honey. Add to taste (about 1/4-cup)
    - any type of cereal (Barbara's Original Puffins, Cheerios, etca). The Puffins are glutten-free and high in fiber
    - Silk Vanilla Soymilk (3 cups)
    - Any vitamin or protein powder (optional)


In blender, chop & puree papayas with 1/4 cup soymilk. Add the dry cereal, 1 cup soymilk, chop & puree some more. Add the remaining soymilk with the sweetener along with any optional protein/vitamin powder.
