Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can low sodium black beans
    2 cans low sodium diced tomaties
    2 cans Green Giant Niblets corn
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped.
    1 box low sodium chicken broth
    4 T taco seasoning
    1 t black pepper AND lemon pepper
    4 cups water

Directions

Chop an onion while your box of low sodium chicken broth heats. Cook the onion 5-10 minutes. Add four chicken bouillon cubes, 4 cups of water, taco seasoning, 2 cans no sodium diced tomatoes, 2 small cans niblet corn,1 T onion powder, 1 tsp lemon pepper, 1 t. black pepper and the chopped bell pepper. Bring this to a low boil; add the drained can of low sodium black beans. Cook 10-15 minutes on simmer to allow soup to take on all the flavors.

Serving Size: Makes 15 one cup servings.
