Ingredients

    2C quick cooking oats (I use whatever type I have))
    3 mashed bananas
    1/3C raisins or other dried fruits..I use cranraisins
    1/3C chopped nuts(opt) ((I use almonds))
    1/3C applesauce ((I use the lowest sugar brand..Kroger))
    1tsp vanilla
    1tsp cinnamon


Tips

You can double the recipe and freeze half.


Directions

Combine...let set 30min for the oats to absorb the liquid
Spray oil lightly onto cookies sheet....I mushed the bananas with potato masher then mix in the other ingredients---I use an ice cream scoop, put it in my hand, flatten and shape...........too soft to make bar cookies.
they don't spread, so can put them really close together
I usually double the recipe then freeze part of the batch

Bake 350 for 15-20min (my oven took 20 min) until brown.
