    1 Bell Pepper
    1 onion
    7 mushrooms
    2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tbsp. olive oil


Add to 3/4 cup Egg Beaters to each serving (NOT INCLUDED IN NUTRITIONAL INFO).


Chop the onion, mushrooms and pepper into bite size pieces. Saute in a skillet with the cayenne pepper and olive oil until the vegetables are limp.

Serving Size: 7 1/2 cup servings.
