This is going to be my first try to green smoothie. This is going to be my first try to green smoothie.
Number of Servings: 1


    The ratio fruits:greens is 3:2. When you feel more tolerant of the greens, you can change the ratio to 1:1.

    You can choose what combination of fruits you will include in your 1.5 cups fruits, and what combination of greens you want to make up to 1 cup packed greens.

    1/2 cup pineapple cubed
    1/2 banana
    1/2 orange peeled
    1/2 cup kale
    1/2 cup cilantro
    1 tsp. stevia (optional)
    1" ginger (optional)
    1 cup water
    6 ice cubes


The combinations for these green smoothies are endless. You can try a combination of greens, herbs, and vegetables, to add to your favorite or seasonal fruits. Just play with it and enjoy!


Add to your blender the ingredients in the following order:
Water, stevia, orange, and banana. Blend.
Add the greens and ice. Blend.
