    4 cups water
    1 cup organic steel cut oats
    1 Tbsp virgin coconut oil
    1 Scoop Growing Naturals Brown rice protein powder
    2 Tbsp almond butter
    1 Tbsp agave nectar
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup walnuts, almonds or pecans
    1/4 c dried cranberries or goji berries


Bring water to a boil. Slowly stir in the oats. When oatmeal begins to thicken, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for another 10 minutes stirring occassionally
