Introduction

This is one of my favourite banana bread recipes. This is one of my favourite banana bread recipes.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 Cups Flour
    1/2 Cup Granola (any Granol will due)
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt

    1/2 Cup Butter, softened
    1 Cup Granulated Sugar
    2 Lg Eggs

    1 1/2 Mashed overriped banana
    1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
    1/2 Cup Dark Raisins
    1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Tips

For 146 low-cal version - *** use 2 Cups mashed banana, cut the butter in half and reduce the sugar to 1/3 Cup.


Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the middle.
In a separate bowl beat butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add remaining ingredients to cream mixture. Then add cream ingredients to well, stir until just moistened. Bake at 350 60-70 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 20 slices - Separating batter in two loaf pans.
