Ingredients

    1/2 C Chopped Onion
    1 C Potato Chopped
    1 T EVOO
    3 T GF All Purpose Flour
    2 T Curry Powder
    1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 C Low Sodium Chicken Stock
    1 C Milk
    1 1/2 C Chopped, cooked chicken breast
    1 Medium Apple, chopped

Tips

Gluten free All Purpose flour was used in this recipe. This is usually Amaranth, Potato Starch and Brown Rice combined. It mixed and blended well.


Directions

Saute the onion and potato in the butter and oil till softened. Add the flour and spices. Stir in the milk and the chicken stock, bring to a boil until thickened. Add the chicken and apples and cook till heated through.

Serve over rice or noodles.
