Introduction

Ingredients

    32 ounces vegetable juice
    3 cans Hunt's diced tomatoes
    1 16 ounce can green beans
    2 - 12 ounces pkg frozen corn
    2 - 12 ounces pkg frozen peas
    2 - 12 ounces pkg frozen baby limas
    1 pkg frozen Seasoning Blend (onions, bell peppers, celery)
    1 gallon water
    6 ounces beef broth
    1 lb. idaho potatoes
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients to large pot, bring to a boil, cook on medium heat for 1 hour.
