Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Cabbage, napa, 4 cup
    Water, tap, 5 cup
    *Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp [or gukganjang, use to taste]
    Miso, .25 cup [to taste, you might want less if too salty]
    Onions, raw, 1 small sliced
    Garlic, 1 clove minced
    *Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper sliced [optional]
    Scallions, raw, 3 large sliced

Tips

You can also use dashi, dashida or anchovy broth for this. I use fish sauce or gukganjang because it is easier. You can also omit the sauces and just use the miso for flavoring if you want less salt.


Directions

Put the first five ingredients in a pot, bring to boil and cook for about 20 minutes. Add garlic, chilies, and green onions. Serve.
