    2 cups flour
    1/3 c sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    pinch of salt
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    4 small banana's, mashed
    3/4 c blackberries, mashed
    1 egg
    1/4 c skim milk


Mix wet ingredients together in one bowl, and dry ingredients in another, then mix dry ingredients into wet. Place batter in a greased loaf pan and bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 60 minutes. One loaf makes 16 slices.
