    1/2 c egg whites
    1 scoop Cinnabun Trutein protein powder
    1/4 c unsweetened apple sauce
    1/4 c almond flour
    1 tbsp flaxseed meal
    1/8 tsp baking powder


0) Heat a skillet/pan/griddle over medium-low heat.

1) Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.

2) Add wet ingredients and whisk until combined.

3) Pour 1/4 c of batter onto skillet/pan/griddle per pancake. When you see bubbles start to come through (~2-3 minutes), flip. Cook for another 1-2 minutes before removing from pan.
