    1 bag (16 oz) frozen cooked Italian meatballs, thawed
    1 3/4 cups unsalted beef flavored broth
    1 cup water
    1can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
    1can (19 oz) cannellini beans, drained
    2/3 bag (4 oz) fresh baby spinach
    1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


SPRAY 3- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except spinach and cheese in cooker.

COVER; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.

30 MINUTES before serving add the spinach.

GARNISH individual servings with cheese.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings about 1 1/2 coups each
