    *Westbrae Natural White Miso, 1 tsp (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, .3 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 0.3 cup pieces (remove)
    Tofu, firm, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, .25 cup (remove)
    Water, 2 Cups (you can use vegetable broth, too)


In medium saucepan, Sautee onions in olive oil until translucent, then add vegetables. Add water (or broth) to pan. Cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add miso and stir to dissolve. Sommer for an additional 7 minutes.
