    Hard boil as many eggs as you would like to serve.
    Cut in half and scoop out yolk.
    Add mayonaise, mustard, relish and spices. Mix well.
    Fill each egg with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Place in refrigerator. Serve cold.
    One serving = 2 halves.
