Ingredients

    Carrots
    Zucchini
    Anaheim Pepper
    Onion
    Celery
    Mushrooms
    Black Beans
    1 egg
    Bread crumbs
    Oats

Directions

Puree all veggies in the food processor. Then puree beans also in food processor and pour beans into veggies in a large bowl. Mix egg into the bowl as well as bread crumbs and oats. Season with salt, garlic powder and other seasonings to taste. Cook on medium heat in frying pan. Enjoy.
