Brown Ground Beef with onion. Drain and squeeze excess fat with paper towels. Add other ingredients except green pepper and cheese. Heat to boiling. Add green pepper cut into chunks. Simmer 7-10 minutes, until green pepper is par boiled. Add cheese when served.
