    Broccolini, 2 bunches
    Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
    Pam non-stick cooking spray
    Kosher salt, 1/4 tsp
    Black pepper, 1/8 tsp


Boil broccolini in a large pot of lightly salted water for 2 minutes. Immediately put broccolini in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process for a minute. Drain.

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Spray with Pam and add the garlic, cooking for 30 seconds. Add the broccolini, salt and pepper; stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes then serve immediately.
