1/2 c. Chobani non-fat plain Greek Yogurt (Chobani has no additives, only 5 different life cultures)
1 tablespoon honey (try for locally grown)
1/2 tablespoon dried plain unsweetened cocoa powder (NOT cocoa mix for hot chocolate)
.5 ounce Cacao nibs (.5 serving)
Cacao nibs are a whole food. Cacao beans are chopped into small pieces. I've used 2 brands. 1 has had a couple of small pieces of shell, so take care just like you would if you were eating chopped nuts. Chewing releases all that natural chocolate flavor of the nibs.
