Ingredients

    ground beef
    cooked whole wheat/grain pasta
    cabbage
    onions
    bell peppers
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

boil pasta, brown ground beef, add onions, peppers and cabbage. cook through. drain pasta and add to pot. combine. add salt and pepper to taste. can add other veggies that you have on hand.
