    8 ounces of roasted red pepper strips
    1 tbsp of EVOO
    2 cloves of garlic
    1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper


This is for the Butternut Squash Soup with Red Pepper Coulis


Puree all ingredients until smooth. Season as desired. Serve at room temperature.
