    1 Can Chicken Broth (Fat Free)
    3 Cans Water
    1LG. Onion Chopped
    2 Stalks Celery
    1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 Cup Chopped Carrots
    1 Cup Chopped Broccoli
    1 Cup Chopped Cauliflower
    1/4 Cup Corn Starch
    8 ounces Fat Free Sour Cream
    2 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
    2 Tsp. Minced Garlic


Brown chicken onion and celery in a large pan, remove chicken when cooked and cut into small pieces and return to pan. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well blended. Cook on med heat until carrots are tender crisp. This will make 10 to 12 one cup servings.
