    206 g Atlantic Salmon
    4 cups Spring Salad Mix
    1 cup Tomato (chopped)
    1 cup Strawberries (halves)
    1/2 cup Feta Cheese, light
    2 tbsp Walnuts
    1 cup Black Beans
    1/2 cup Red Onion (chopped)


Heat pan over medium heat. Add salmon fillet, skin side down. Cook approximately 5-7 minutes, until fish is a light pink color. Add salmon to package mixed salad greens combined with tomatoes, strawberries, reduced fat crumbled feta cheese, walnuts; black beans, red onions. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of light raspberry walnut
vinaigrette on top. Eat immediately.
