Ingredients

    2 pkg. lean ground beef
    1 large onion chopped
    2 pkg. baby lima beans
    2 pkg. prepared mashed potatoes
    1 stick butter
    shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Brown ground beef and onions, drain.
Prepare lima beans and add butter
Heat mashed potatoes as directed
Layer in casserole dish and top with cheese
Bake at 350degrees until hot and cheese is melted

Serving Size: Makes 9 2-cup servings
