Ingredients

    1 lb Elbow macaroni, cooked just before al dente.
    28 oz can whole tomatoes, broken into pieces.
    12 oz yellow american cheese.

Tips

It usually works out best to cook the macaroni until just before al dente (shave a minute off the recommended al dente cook time). For moister mac and cheese, add more tomatoes, more cheese, or butter. Adjust the nutrition info accordingly.


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Put aside two slices of cheese and break the remaining cheese into pieces. Mix together cooked macaroni, pieces of cheese and tomatoes. Pour into a casserole dish and top with the remaining two slices of cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
