    Wegman's Pizza Dough (1lb 12 oz)
    Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz can)
    Tomato Paste (6 oz can)
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella (part skim)
    Red Bell Pepper, diced
    Green Bell Pepper, diced
    1/2 Onion, diced

Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.

While you are allowing the pizza dough to come to room temperature and rise you can diced the onion and peppers and mix together.

In the food processor, blend the diced tomatoes and tomato paste.

Roll out the pizza dough in a 9x13 baking pan. Spread the sauce over the entire pizza. Cover with about half to 2/3 of the cheese. Sprinkle the pepper and onion mix over the cheese. Top the pizza with the rest of the cheese.

Bake about 20 minutes, or until desired doneness.
