    - 1 Cup Spaghetti Squash
    - 1 Cup Tomatoes (canned low sodium)
    - 1/2 Cup Chicken Breast (Boneless/Skinless)
    - 1/4 Cup Black Beans
    - 1/4 Cup Frozen Peas
    - 1/2 Garlic Clove
    - 1 TBSP Basil
    - 1/2 TBSP Hot Pepper Flakes


Best serviced with Romano Cheese


- Add tomatoes in pan on med heat.
- Add chicken, beans, and peas
- Add garlic, basil, and pepper flakes
- Cook until there is no water left from tomatoes, and sauce seems thick
- Cook 1/4 of spaghetti squash in microwave for 5 mins.
- When squash is cooked add to sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
