Ingredients

CRUST
16 graham crackers, 2-1/2 inch squares, crushed
1 tsp cinnamon
5 tbsp plus 1 tsp reduced calorie margarine
FILLING
500 gr frozen mixed berries
5 tbsp plus 1 tsp lemon juice
4 two inch cinnamon sticks
3 tsp sweetener
1/2 tsp ground cloves
2 tbsp plus 2 tsp arrowroot flour dissolved in 5 tbsp plus 1 tsp water
TOPPING
low-calorie whipped topping (optional)
Directions
To prepare crust: In a medium bowl combine graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon; add margarine and mix thoroughly. Place mixture into pie pan and press firmly with back of spoon onto bottom and up sides to form crust; refrigerate.
To prepare filling: In a medium saucepan combine mixed berries, lemon juice, cinnamon, sweetener, and cloves; cook until heated. Remove cinnamon sticks. Add dissolved arrowroot to saucepan, stirring gently so as not to crush cherries. Remove from heat, cool 10 min, and pour into prepared pie crust. Refrigerate until thickened. If desired, top each piece with 1 tbsp whipped topping right before serving.
